This past year, FORWARD has focused on fostering young women’s leadership at the local, national and international levels to end violence against women and girls. We take this opportunity to share with you the highlights of our work.
Enabling young African women to become confident, resilient and effective leaders is key to helping us reach our goals and attain gender equality. With the coronavirus pandemic and the revival of the Black Lives Matter movement, it is now more important than ever that young African women find their voice to defend their rights.
