A social exhibition highlighting hidden herstories of black women

FORWARD is very excited to partner with Lon-art for the Black Sheroes Month Exhibition as part of Black History Month.

The aim of the exhibition is to open a dialogue between art and the public, encouraging visitors to not only reflect upon the lack of black female role models in society but to also remember and recognise the struggles of the black British community, celebrating past and present black sheroes by giving them the visibility they deserve through visual art, workshops and talks.
