Office Assistant, £20,400 pro rata- Hours 28 hours/week

FORWARD is seeking a passionate and proactive Office Assistant who will work in tandem with HR to ensure the smooth functioning of the office. You will need to be organised with a good eye for detail, and the ability to prioritise workload depending on the needs.
Job Purpose: 1. You will ensure effective reception and administrative support to guarantee the smooth
running of the office. 2. You will ensure proper flow of office procedures, and support the programmes by carrying out common office duties. 3. You will maintain a positive and friendly company image by acting as the first line of contact to visitors, customers, and vendors in person, online, and via telephone.

As part of the recruitment and selection process FORWARD may undertake DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service) where appropriate for all individuals who will work directly with children and vulnerable adults. Africa Programme Officer (Maternity cover position – 12 months), £23,398- £25,951-p.a. depending on experience, Full Time

FORWARD is seeking a dynamic and efficient Africa Programme Officer to work with the Head of Global Advocacy to facilitate the implementation of partnership projects in East and West Africa.
Job Purpose:  1. You will ensure that monitoring, evaluation and learning in managed for all supporting partners. 2. You will build relationships with partners, providing technical support and capacity building. 3. You will manage and oversee programme implementation, monitoring, evaluation and reporting to funders. 4. You will support fundraising for projects and project proposals. 5. You will share programme lessons to inform policy and programme development.
